New Altec AF Model Offers Fuel Savings and Versatility
Birmingham, AL, April 23, 2013 — Altec Industries, Inc., has expanded the AF Series to include the AF1160 — a more versatile, fuel-efficient package, with the same industry-leading dependability and security features as the other models in the AF Series.
The AF1160 features a slightly smaller dump box (11' long x 5' tall) and a lightweight chassis - great for maneuverability at the job site and the option to drop down to a lower Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). To best serve our tree care customers, and offer the most economic and reliable product, the new AF1160 leaves a lighter footprint.
